Psycho Parrot Pt. 1
Alright, now begins a new story! I’ve wanted to bring in the character of the Psycho Parrot for a while, but was waiting for the right time. First of all, the obscure supervillain he’s referring to is of course The Psycho Pirate. Secondly, the Psycho Parrot is mostly based on a halloween costume I wore a few years ago. You see, I wasn’t sure whether or not I would dress up, so at the last minute I put a costume together out of things I had lying around the house and from previous costumes. I ended up with The Psycho Parrot.
