Blogging on a blog!? Madness!

May 29th, 2009

I’ve used this blog for many things over the years.  A webcomic, a podcast, a radio play, games and videos.  Now I’ve decided in addition to whichever of those things I still do, I will also acutally Blog!  And what’s more, I’ll tag those blog posts so that they may be found with some level of convenience later on!

So, without furthur ado, BLOGGING!

…so…right.  Dadaists Gone Wild.  I’ve been working on the second level.  I’m probably about two thirds of the way through it as well.  I’m having quite a bit fun making the game, as I have to keep trying to one-up the bizare things I’ve had happen in previous bits of the game.  I’ve already got most of the major sections of gameplay planned out, however, I’ve found it’s alot of the smaller things which provide much of the insanity, so it will be fun to throw together as many oddities as I can devise into the game.  For example, Riding an Ostrich to avoid Giant Green Noses.

Note:  Giant Green Noses may be replaced if they are determined to be too sensible.

Dadaists Gone Wild is not the only project I’m working on, however.  I’m also quite excited about a project I’m working on with Theo from the TIGSource forums.  It is a game based on Commedia Dell’Arte.  It will be turn-based, hot-seat multiplayer where the players take on the rolls of the Commedia Dell’Arte stock characters.  To see more about the game, and to check out Theo’s awesome artwork for the game, check out the DevLog thread here.
